Administrative Staff

Vanessa Benigno

Executive Director/BCBA

Vanessa started ABA Consultants as a way to expand ABA Services in the Philadelphia area. Her background includes working as a BHT, BSC, and BCBA since 2007 in California, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. She also worked as a special education teacher, clinical director, and teaches ABA courses at two Universities.

Donna Henig

Director of Clinical Quality and Supervision/BCBA

Donna has over 10 years experience in the public schools along with cyber charter schools, and various insurance companies. Donna enjoys teaching Graduate ABA courses at National University and providing supervision for those pursuing their BCBA. Donna also has experience in clinical development. She facilitated the revamp of an RBT training program for a nationwide company. Donna is excited to continue the growth and development of both staff and the population they serve.

Amanda Lee

Compliance Director/Training Director/BSC

Amanda has over 19 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field working with individuals ages 3-99. Amanda started as a Teaching Assistant in an Autistic Support Classroom and transitioned into a role as a BHT and then a BSC. For ABA Consultants LLC Amanda is excited to continue working in the Behavioral Health field and assisting with the necessary trainings required for all employees as well as developing new programs to meet the needs of the expanding company.

Brianna Bland

Director of Employee and Family Experience/Licensed Clinical Assessor

Greetings! My name is Brianna Bland, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both PA and NJ, as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have extensive experience in supporting individuals who struggle with emotion regulation and behavioral challenges, processing traumatic events, and addressing attachment and other relational issues within the family unit. I am passionate about working with children, young adults, and families who seek guidance and counseling.

Candice Moore

Intake Management Director/BSC

Candice Moore has been in the behavioral health field for 16 years. Throughout her career she has held various positions in the education, residential and home settings which has allowed her to gain a vast knowledge of this field and the skills to care for the people we serve. Candice graduated from Cheyney University with her B.A in Social Relations with Concentration in Sociology in 2009. She later went on to obtain her M.S from Drexel University in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018. Candice has a passion for travel, her family and friends and helping others. When she isn’t working, you can find her planning her next vacation!

Luke Girard

Intake Coordinator/HR & Payroll Specialist

I began my ABA journey in 2024, and in 2025 took on administrative roles in addition to my BHT work. My drive to be a positive presence to those around me as well as help those in need motivates me in everything I do. In the Fall 2025, I’ll be returning to school to major in Psychology and ABA studies to achieve my goal of becoming a BCBA. Outside of work I like to spend my time with loved ones and family, as well as dedicate myself to furthering my other passions like brewing coffee, personal fitness, and writing about games and other artistic mediums.

Zikira McCray

Scheduling and Coordination Manager

Zikira McCray is a BHT and Scheduling and Coordination Manager for ABA consultants. She has worked in childcare/special education for 8 years. She received her psychology degree from Harcum College, providing experience in supporting individuals and families with mental health, behavioral challenges. She spends her time hosting travel events , coaching athletic youth and designing animated learning videos.

Alan Battle

Human Resources Director

I got my start in this field by volunteering in my hometown and working in the elementary school. After working with our local special needs baseball league a friend mentioned that I should look into this kind of career, and it felt like a perfect match!

Christopher Reiter

BCBA

Chris is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania. He
completed his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Rosemont College in 2015, his ABA
coursework with Florida Institute of Technology in 2016, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
in 2017. Chris has been working with children with autism and other developmental/ behavioral needs
since 2011 at schools, homes, and in centers. When not working, Chris enjoys going to the beach with
his wife and two kids.

Kristi Reichart

Behavior Specialist Consultant

Kristi attended Shippensburg University from 1990 – 1994 for her BS in Psychology and received her Master’s at Kutztown University 1998 in Community and Agency Counseling. Kristi recieved a Second Masters in Second School Counseling in 2007.

She started her career in Family Based and Wraparound Services in 1998 and worked towards her Behavior Specialist License in 2014 while working with the Autistic community.

She has recevied ABA training directly from BCBA supervisors while completing assessments and home based therapy through multiple agencies in Berks County.

Elijah Frazier-Jackson

Mobile Therapist

Elijah Frazier-Jackson graduated with her master’s degree in social work at Widener University in 2021 with honors. Elijah became a licensed social worker with Pennsylvania in 2022 and is currently working on obtaining her clinical license. Elijah has extensive experience in the field of social work. Since 2010, she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings, providing individualized support and therapeutic interventions. Known for her friendly and professional demeanor, Elijah focuses on fostering emotional growth, resilience, and overall well-being in the clients she serves.

Craig Segers

Behavior Specialist Consultant

I am a Licensed Behavior Specialist with over 20 years of experience serving children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health challenges.

I have worked as a Teacher, Dean of Students, Recreation Specialist, Social Worker, and Licensed Behavior Specialist. These experiences have equipped me with the knowledge, clinical skills, and compassion needed to provide exceptional support to children and their families.

I am currently working toward becoming a BCBA to further enhance the quality of care and services I provide to the children and families I serve.
