Offering ABA Therapy, Parent Training, and Family Counseling Services
What Is ABA?
ABA is a scientific approach to changing behaviors. It can be applied to any environment and used to work with and explain any behaviors, with a focus on those that are socially significant, such as communication, social skills, and adaptive living skills.
Who We Are
ABA Consultants, LLC was started from an increasing need for parent training and another route to treatment outside of insurance funding and high hours of direct services that are not always a fit for every family. We provide private pay services to families who are looking for an alternative route or who are in need of counseling for family members of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
What We Do
We consult with parents to provide the right strategy for your family. Caregivers work directly with a BCBA during weekly consultation sessions to identify & analyze the problem, develop strategies, and provide follow up consults. Direct service provision is also offered as it is identified as necessary.
Equal Opportunity in Employment and Services
It is the policy of ABA Consultants LLC to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and employment applicants without regard to unlawful considerations of race, religion, creed, color, national origin, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, marital status or any other classification protected by applicable local, state or federal laws.
Admissions, the provisions of services and referrals of clients shall be made without regard to race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry, national origin (including limited English proficiency), age or sex.
ABA Consultants is committed to racial and cultural diversity and inclusivity throughout our organization and the work that we do.
As we grow, we plan to ensure the recruitment of diverse candidates for new positions. We aim to increase diversity in representation of race, body types, and age in visual materials on our website, annual reports, and all cross-platform communications.
ABA Therapy and Family Counseling – Online and At Home
When it comes to ABA Therapy, we understand there is not a one-size-fits-all approach. For many families, insurance funding and high hours of direct services are not always a fit. We provide the option to engage in completely remote behavior consultation services or to engage in a more traditional in person ABA model.
For this reason, ABA Consultants, PLLC works on a consultative model via telehealth to provide parents and caregivers the information and training they need to work effectively with their children to resolve behavioral issues.
For ABA services, parents and caregivers work directly with a BCBA during weekly consultation sessions to identify the problem, analyze the problem, develop strategies, and provide follow up consults to determine effectiveness and provide additional supports as needed. We also offer private pay telehealth counseling services for clients, siblings, and/or parents of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
A Passion for ABA
Meet Vanessa Benigno, the founder and CEO of ABA Consultants, LLC.
As a BCBA and adjunct professor in the field for the past 14 years, Vanessa decided it was time to work on branching out on her own and develop a company that truly holds her values.
ABA Consultants, LLC developed from an increasing need for parent training and another route to treatment outside of insurance funding and high hours of direct services that are not always a fit for every family.
The vision of ABA Consultants, LLC is to disseminate Applied Behavior Analysis beyond typical ABA clinical implementation. We will work with families to navigate challenging behaviors using a telehealth and BCBA consultation model.
